About us
Liberated Soul Leadership and Wellness was inspired by a deep commitment to healing in education. As a seasoned educator, practitioner, and healer, Angela Crawford, Ed.D., witnessed the need for authentic healing among educators, especially Black women, who often experience burnout in systems that demand excellence while dismissing their humanity. This realization led to the creation of Liberated Soul Leadership, a healing-centered coaching and consulting practice dedicated to supporting Black women educators, school leaders, and visionary organizations in reclaiming their authentic power and sacred leadership.
Our unique approach
Liberated Soul Leadership and Wellness stands apart from other consulting services through its unique integration of ancient wisdom and modern leadership practices. Rooted in MAAT principles—truth, balance, harmony, reciprocity, and divine order—the approach incorporates psycho-spiritual coaching, Kemetic spiritual practices, somatic healing modalities, and culturally responsive approaches tailored for Black women's experiences. This holistic method focuses on soul-level restoration and authentic leadership, moving beyond traditional stress management and leadership frameworks.
